I have been trying to improve my English practice every day. Now I am quite good compared to earlier. It was tough in the beginning, and now I am doing quite good. It is so fascinating that I can speak in English right now. It was the first requirement for me to be able to speak in English.
In the last 2.5 years, I have been trying my best to improve my habits, as I know that only habits can create my future. I have some good habits and some bad habits. I should change those which are not good for my future. These years have given me a lot of new things.
Growth Through Practice
In January 2025, I was creating routines, making plans for IELTS, a YouTube channel, and writing. Gradually, I completed many of them and failed to stay consistent with some of them. However, my success rate is greater than my failure. I have been writing both on paper and on my laptop. I have been practicing meditation and exercise. I completed my IELTS journey with band 6.5.
A Year of Success and Anxiety
The year 2025 was full of many successes and much anxiety. Reflection and acknowledgement are very important for our regular growth. In 2025, I got the biggest achievement in my life. Lastly, I became a digital marketer, and my work became acceptable to the clients. I got the ultimate desk job, and now I am a full-time executive working on content creation and marketing.
Consistency and Identity
It is tough to stay consistent with daily tasks, so we need to make easy tasks to complete them every day. Simple things will change and establish new habits, which will give us a new path to achieve new experiences. However, I failed to establish my personal identity brand because I was not enjoying that work. I need to do only the work that I love to do.
A New Start
I have been thinking of establishing my personal channels that will represent my identity. The main idea should be to establish that identity to attract new clients under my supervision. Thus, I am going to establish a channel which will represent my work online. This will give me the chance to do more creative work and make me presentable in front of many clients.
Now I am more capable of creating eye-catching content, making and handling channels through YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. I should start from scratch and see what happens. There is no need to wait more time. Perfection will not carry success; only consistent and repeated work will give me success.
